About Me:
I was born in a small beautiful village named Pathar Ghata in the district of Satkhira in Bangladesh. I am the fifth son of my parents, Santosh Kumar Ghosh and Kalpana Rani Ghosh. I accomplished my Secondary (SSC) and Higher Secondary (HSC) from Jhaudanga Secondary School and Kalaroa Government College, respectively, the reputed institutions in Bangladesh. Then I got admitted into the Department of Mathematics at the University of Dhaka. I was very enthusiastic to learn about the different aspects of mathematics, and I obtained a B.Sc. and MS (Thesis) degree successfully securing a merit position among my batch. I completed my MS Thesis entitled “Runge-Kutta Method Revisited” under the direct supervision of Professor Dr. Amal Krishna Halder. I participated in various extra-curricular activities such as BNCC and sports (Athletics, Swimming and Water polo, Cricket, Football, Volleyball, etc.). I was the best athlete (consecutive five times) at Dhaka University. I was awarded a gold medal as the best athlete in the 44th Convocation of Dhaka University and the most prestigious “Dhaka University Blue” award. I obtained my Ph.D. degree from the Department of Mathematics, South Asian University (an international university established by the eight member nations of SAARC, New Delhi, India) under the cordial supervision of Professor R. K. Mohanty in 2021. After completing my master's degree, I joined as a Lecturer in the Department of Natural Science at Stamford University of Bangladesh on February 07, 2009. Then joined the Open School of Bangladesh Open University as a lecturer on March 24, 2011. After that joined as a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Jagannath University, Bangladesh on May 02, 2011. I was promoted as an Assistant Professor on June 28, 2013, and joined as an Associate Professor on December 30, 2021. I published more than 18 articles in various national and international reputed journals. My Field of Research Interest: Numerical Analysis Perturbation Analysis Computational Fluid Dynamics Financial Mathematics
